The staff are amazingly nice. The rooms are huge and new-fashioned. The location is marvelous and perfect, 2 km from a house museum. Excellent service, the breakfast is substantial. The hotel at Via Roma in Salzburg is a clean and cozy place with beautiful views. the staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious and modern, and the location is ideal, just 2 kilometers away from a house museum. the service is top-notch, with a substantial breakfast to start your day off right.

Its location to old town centre was super. The staff members were perfect and great, we received nice service. Got fantastic and bright deluxe double room with excellent breakfast when arrived, greatly enjoyed that.

Spacious rooms with a balcony – perfect for some fresh air! Plus, it's super close to the Festival Hall 🎶.

The breakfast had plenty of options: scrambled eggs, bangers, fresh bread and fruit. I was given good sized room with a shower and sofa.

The deluxe king room was bright with a soft bed. the location was pleasant, right on the edge of Salzburg city centre. - the views of Salzburg Castle were excellent. - the staff here was absolutely perfect and great.

Room was big enough for our family and facilities in were suficient for our needs. We had a good stay there !!

It is not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it nice enough to stay in for a holiday in Salzburg.

the rooms are very clean and the staff were so nice it was a great place to base my self while I investigated Salzeburg. Its a quick bus trip to the old town and has a great restaurant attached to it. Its one of those restaurants the locals eat at. I have stayed their twice now and it was great. One suggestion I would make if you are a non smoker then you have to ask for a non smoking room. The smoking rooms smell a lot of smoke.

It's not that I don't like this about the hotel its it would have been nicer for me. There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Other than that it was great.

Well priced and good small hotel for a trip. Exceptionally friendly staff and perfect location very close to the city center and the university. - Great service overall and parking around the back of the building. - Everything modern.

The hotel itself is clean enough, looks like it was recently refurbished but on a budget.

We had three rooms and all were noisy from either the traffic outside or the linked Italian restaurant below. One of our rooms had a nice view over the courtyard with a private balcony that has a strange access from the stairs before entering the room but someone from the hotel staff night shift sat outside all night talking, drinking and smoking so much for the security . In general I dont think I would stay there again with the noise from the traffic (even late at night early hours of the morning), the hotel isnt very high and I would say that most if not all suffer from this problem

Advisable location for downtown walks, clean and spacious room, good buffet breakfast, free parking and in-house restaurant widely visited by locals.

The bathroom was tiny and the heating in my room rather low-efficient (but still I really enjoyed my stay).

The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel has great location and kind staff even at check-out.

- Wifi did not work in our room, had to go downstairs - The Original Sound of Music tour recommended by the hotel was terrible (although hotel is not to blame there)
